New Jersey Developments Presents Exclusive Units and Unveils New Project Jamila North Coast second Phase at Cityscape Global 2024
New Jersey Developments will be participating in Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running from November 11 to 14. During the event, the company plans to present a selection of exclusive units across its various projects, along with the launch of the second phase of its premier project, Jamila North Coast. This initiative is part of New Jersey Developments’ broader approach to connect with clients interested in securing units within its developments.

He further elaborated that New Jersey Developments intends to showcase a wide variety of units across its projects, enabling clients to choose properties that best suit their individual preferences. Eng. Reda Youssef, Vice Chairman of New Jersey Developments, stated that Cityscape Global is one of the leading international events, attracting over 200 exhibitors. He highlighted that during the event, the company will present the second phase of its flagship North Coast Jamila project. This latest development, located in Sidi Hanesh at kilometer 263 on the North Coast, features a five-star hotel and offers a variety of residential units designed to meet diverse tastes and needs.
New Jersey Developments also plans to showcase exclusive units from the second phase of its JURA project, which is strategically located in the heart of Galala City. The project is just 500 meters from the yacht marina, directly facing the sea with a depth of 200 meters and a beach frontage of 180 meters.
Additionally, the company will introduce a new concept in Egypt for the first time at Cityscape Global—the D Villa, a custom-designed villa in the Green Avenue project in the New Administrative Capital. This residential project, located in a prime area of the capital, offers unique units with attractive prices and flexible payment plans.
