Top Kapi Developments has launched its new project, Vira, during a grand celebration attended by prominent business leaders and public figures.
The company also announced the appointment of media personality Dr. Mona El Omda as its exclusive media advisor and the official media face of the project.
Eng. Hossam El-Din Mohamed Ibrahim, Chairman of Al-Aqsa Contracting Company—the parent company of Top Kapi Developments—stated that this remarkable event marks the company’s confidence in the Egyptian real estate market and reflects its plan to deliver a distinctive and fully integrated real estate product that meets the aspirations of clients seeking a high-quality lifestyle.
For his part, Eng. Mostafa Hossam El-Din Mohamed, Chairman of Top Kapi Developments, stated that holding an event of this magnitude reflects the company’s strong belief in the value of direct engagement with the public, the media, and the community.
He added that the Vira project blends modern architecture, a prime location, and comprehensive services, positioning it as a new landmark for contemporary living.
He further explained that Vira is a fully integrated residential compound comprising 420 units, located directly on Al Wahat Road, in front of MSA University and next to the Police Academy Institute, in the Downtown – Hadayek October area.

The chairman of Top Capi disclosed that the company aims for EGP 1.1bn in contractual sales from the project’s first phase, which is expected to draw significant interest due to its all-inclusive design. Additionally, construction is set to begin in early 2026, with unit handovers scheduled within three years of contract signing, he said.
Meanwhile, Eng. Abdelrahman Hossam El-Din Mohamed, Vice Chairman of Top Cabi Developments, stated that the event was carefully prepared to ensure it reflects the company’s reputation, from innovative décor designs that highlight the architectural character of the project to advanced audio and lighting setups that guarantee a unique experience.
Mohamed highlighted that the project is a distinctive architectural landmark, with Platoon Designs serving as the design consultant and Sekan for Engineering Consultancies was contracted as the execution consultant. Construction is scheduled to begin shortly.
The celebration was energized by a captivating performance from star Tamer Ashour, showcasing some of his most beloved songs, while Egyptian singer Mohamed Tharwat served as the event’s host. The cermony also saw the presence of prominent artists, including actress Menna Fadali and actor Nidal Shafei.
