Tesla Developments Company, announced its latest project in real estate market “Tesla Residence”, which is located on an area of 26 acres in West Cairo, as this project comes among an ambitious expansion plan targeting to launch a series of diverse projects in 6th October city in the coming period.
Alaa El Sheikh, Tesla Developments Head of the Commercial Sector, stated that launching Tesla Residence aligns with the company’s vision to offer a comprehensive real estate product that combines high-quality design, prime location, and offering diverse residential options to apply the needs of various client segments, especially in West Cairo which is witnessing a rapidly urban growth.
He added that Tesla Residence is in a strategic location, directly opposite to MSA University on Al Wahat Road, and it is an integrated urban development project including residential, commercial, hotel, administrative, and medical components, besides offering residential units ranging in size from 98 to 184 square meters.
He pointed that the project includes a separate includes hotel-style residential units operating due to the highest international standards, commercial promenade within a 400-meter-long,
a medical building, and several administrative buildings, showing that the project was offered to clients last month, and the first phase sold out completely within two weeks, reflecting the project’s excellence in all its aspects, from its strategic location and smart design to its flexible payment plans and competitive prices.
He noted that the project was divided into four sales phases to ensure a state of balance within the project’s construction progress, as the second phase is currently being launched, and delivery is planned to begin within three years. He added that the project
marks the beginning of a series of projects that Tesla Developments plans to launch next year.
He revealed the company’s plan to launch a new project with an area of 31 acres within two months in a strategic location in 6th of October City, with a distinguished investment activity that offers many services and surprises to clients in West Cairo, assuring that the company has an ambitious expansion plan based on studying market developments and changing client needs.
