Mass Developments has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, the country’s largest and most prominent real estate exhibition, taking place from 24 to 27 September. The company will be present in Hall 3, Booth A60, showcasing its flagship projects Yardin New Cairo and Olin Social District, with special offers and competitive prices.
Eng. Atef Monai, Chairman of Mass Developments, stated that the company’s participation reflects its commitment to being present at the most influential real estate platforms, providing the opportunity to showcase its projects to a broad base of clients and investors.
He added that the company has prepared a set of exclusive offers and special payment facilities during the exhibition.
He further noted that Mass Developments’ expansion plan includes launching new residential and commercial projects in West Cairo, in addition to a 50-feddan residential project in New Administrative Capital’s prime R8 district, as well as residential projects in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement. These launches are scheduled to begin at the end of the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025 and will extend throughout 2026.

Eng.
