Archist Design Studio, announced its success in cooperating with strong entities in the real estate market and cooperating with them to work on distinctive projects in 2024, bringing the total number of projects added to its list of successes in 2024 to 25 projects, varies between architectural and interior design and implementation.
Eng. Ibrahem Magdy, Archist Design Studio founder and head of the office, said that the most prominent projects that the office worked on in 2024, included developing an external design proposal for a commercial and administrative project in the New Administrative Capital, which is MIDLY, owned by Icapital, in addition to cooperating with El Masria Group to design its 2 projects “Isola Villa” and “Isola Quattro” on a total area of 30 acres.
He added that there is cooperation with Jadeer Company to work on designing residential projects with various areas in “Beit Al Watan” district in the Fifth Settlement, besides cooperation with Al-Gioushy Development to design a commercial and administrative project in Hadabet El Ahram district in western Cairo, as the company succeeded in achieving diversity in activity and location for the projects it worked on during 2024.
He pointed that cooperation was started with Aitch Developments Company, to design Avila Compound New Zayed project, as well as cooperation with Palma Developments Company, noting that the company has plans to cooperate in future projects in the North Coast during 2025, starting with a residential, hotel, and commercial project on an area of 20 acres in the North Coast.
He added that among the most prominent projects that the office worked on and designed their interior designs during 2024 were several branches of La’zurde brand, most notably Madinaty and Rehab branches,in addition to working on designing residential projects in Cameron, Gabon, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland,and the company also plans for further external expansion during the coming period among its ambitious plans to design more prominent projects inside and outside Egypt.
He showed that the most prominent projects in the Egyptian market that the office undertook to design the interiors during 2024 included; Hyde Park, Lake View, Mountain View and Sun Capital, besides his office signed a strategic partnership with the Swiss company “Huprotec” to be the architectural consultant for all their work around the world.
He added that Archist Design Studio has various works in other projects in the Egyptian market, in addition to other projects it is working on in Switzerland, Gulf countries and Europe, which gives the office experience in working inside and outside Egypt and keeps it in alignment with developments in this field.
