La Vita Development Company announced a strong start of the construction works in its leading project “La Vita 2” in the North Coast, among an ambitious plan through which the company aims to enhance clients confidence and implement with the highest quality standards and delivery according to the scheduled dates, as the company reached implementation rates to the second floor in the project.
Amr Abdel Aziz, La Vita Development Chairman, said that “La Vita 2” is a project among a series of the company’s projects, that the company is implementing on the North Coast, starting from “La Vita 1” to “La Vita 4” project, all of which are projects that have been launched and attracted the clients interest, upon which the company has achieved distinctive marketing rates according to sales plans.
He added that the North Coast region is distinguished as being one of the regions that has attracted clients recently both inside and outside Egypt, especially after the announcement of Ras El Hekma deal by the beginning of this year, besides signing new contracts regarding this deal will enhance clients demand for this region during the coming period.
He pointed that due to the strong competition, rapid implementation process with the highest quality standards is a strong element that is added to the company’s performance, and guarantees its ability to compete, as the client wants to see constructions on land to be assured about its investments continuously and ensure that he receives the unit on the specified dates, which La Vita Development focuses on in all its projects.
Ramy Abdel Aziz, La Vita Development Vice Chairman, explained that “La Vita 2” project includes 160 units within areas ranging between 50 and 90 meters, which are units designed to ensure their best utilization, besides licenses have been obtained for this project and it is scheduled to start delivery within two years, and a group of the largest consulting engineers have been contracted with to ensure the project’s completeion with an outstanding level.
He added that during 2024 summer season, the company allowed La Vita 2 clients to benefit from all the services of La Vita 1, and spend the summer vacation, which means immediatiate benfetion after purchasing the unit even before receiving it, as the company focuses on its clients satisfaction and provide them with distinguished servies.
