Abdel Rahman Essam AE Media Production Chairman,announced contracting a strategic cooperation agreement for the year 2024 with Manara Real Estate and Tourism Development Company, under which AE Media will focus on providing advertising and visual works for Manara Company’s projects in Ain Sokhna which is located directly in front of El Galala City, among a strategic vision adopted by Dr. Abdel Rahman Essam to transfer international experiences to the Egyptian real estate market, and focusing on showing the scale of urban development using the latest methods and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Abdel Rahman Essam Arafa, added that his copmany concentrates since its launching, not only on showing the excellence of the projects that it films, but also on carrying on an intelligent image of the urban development volume that Egypt is currently witnessing, as these projects are part of a huge urban renaissance and a major development in the Egyptian real estate market working strategy.
He assured that achieving this goal depends on technological tools with international standards, applied for the first time in the Egyptian real estate market in order to provide a new image of project sites, which informs the client of the extent of development in his project, besides providing a high rated documentary and propaganda material, the company uses during its participation in internal and external exhibitions, which attracts the client and raises suspense about the project, which enhances the company’s sales plan.
He pointed that he concentrates in his work on producing media materials for sites of various projects, which conveys the progress in the project to the client who has booked in it, to learn about the progress implemented, especially in coastal projects that will be difficult for the client to visit them frequently to find out the completed implementations.
He showed that this cooperation with Manara Real Estate and Tourism Development, includes smart and innovative filming of its projects in Ain Sokhna, which is located near El Galala city, as the company owns a portfolio of diverse coastal projects, including 3 projects in Ain Sokhna and near Galala,
and the company achieved a strong achievements, as the first phase of its projects was delivered this year on the highest level, through using the latest technological means in filming and artistic direction.
He noted that the company is working on 3 projects, named: Bella Vento, Bella East, and Bella Romance in Ain Sokhna, which are distinguished projects located in pivotal locations directly overlooking the sea and offering their clients a life full of luxury and vitality,and the company achieved high implementation rates in these projects, and they are located near El Galala International Yacht Marina.
He pointed that through AE Media Production, he manages to play a key and strategic role and makes strong efforts to inform the client of the efforts that the company is making in its projects, whether the current or targeted client, where global experiences and tools are transferred to work in the local market, which is considered one of the marketing tools that companies relied upon to reach their clients within in the local and global market.
