Amaken Real Estate Developments Company announced, launching “Genista Zayed” its second project in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, on an area of 5 acres, as the project is located in a distinctive strategic location in Sheikh Zayed City and overlooks the city’s vital strategic axes.
Essam Farghaly, Al Amaken Developments Chairman, said that choosing the distinguished location achieves the best investment for the client, which is part of the company’s strategy in all its projects, as the company had chosen for its new project “Genista Zayed” one of the best exceptional locations in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City.
He added that the project is located next to Al-Ahly Club, and near Hyper One Sheikh Zayed, and it is an integrated residential project that includes units of various areas, in addition to a commercial part that includes stores, landscape, swimming pool, Kids Area, and open areas, as the company aims to implement an integrated project that achieves the highest standards of welfare for clients.
He pointed that launching this project comes in parallel with the implementation of the company’s first project in Zayed city “Genista New Zayed”, as the company succeeded in reaching the implementation rates to 60% in one year, which is an integrated residential project that was launched in 2023, and the company intends to start delivering it during 2025, to ensure that the company adheres to the implementation and delivery plan with its clients according to the scheduled timetables.
He noted that the company owns a land portfolio in Sheikh Zayed City and the North Coast, aiming to develop them according to an ambitious plan through which it achieves diversity in its project portfolio and offers its clients the best integrated urban projects, as preparations took place to launch new projects during the coming period.
