The partnership leverages MOHM’s experience in furniture, lighting, and area furnishings to complement Wajha’s vision for the project and enhance the guest experience, whether in terms of accommodation or the use of the various areas and services within MEE Hotel.

He pointed that Wajha Developments treats every element within the project as part of the client’s final experience, explaining that furniture, lighting, materials, and interior design all work together to define the nature of the area and the level of comfort it offers, and this is what prompted the company to choose a specialized partner with the necessary expertise to achieve this integration.
He emphasized that the collaboration with MOHM aims to deliver the best possible living and hotel experience for clients by combining Wajha Development’s vision for project implementation with MOHM’s expertise in design, furnishing, and implementation, which will be reflected in the quality of the final product and enhance the value the project offers to clients.
He pointed that the concept of luxury at MEE Hotel is not based solely on the scale of services and facilities, but rather on the quality of the client’s experience within the project, from the design of the areas to the details surrounding them during their stay and their use of the facilities and services.
He explained that MEE Hotel project is being built on a total area of approximately 24,000 square meters, and includes two basement levels dedicated to parking, a ground floor, and nine upper floors, boasting a 100-meter frontage directly on the Middle Ring Road and a 500-meter panoramic view, in addition to including open areas, activity, and landscaping.
The project includes a variety of hotel units with areas ranging from 32.5 square meters to 78.5 square meters, including “Mee Glow”, “Mee Shell”, “Mee Lodge”, and “Bloom Suite”, all of which are fully finished, furnished, and equipped with electrical appliances and air conditioning.
The project also offers a comprehensive suite of services and amenities, including Gold’s Gym, three infinity pools, a clubhouse, a rooftop restaurant, a business lounge, jogging and cycling tracks, kids area, a meditation and relaxation garden, and a retail area, in addition to concierge and housekeeping services and parking.
