MRS Developments, a pioneer in delivering integrated urban solutions, has announced the launch of its latest project, “Viale District,” in New Obour City. Spanning an area of 8,000 square meters, the project is an integrated commercial, administrative, and medical complex with total investments reaching EGP 1.5bn.
This launch is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in East Cairo and deliver projects with sustainable investment value that meet the needs of clients and investors. Eng. Sary Mostafa, Chairman of MRS Developments, emphasized that the launch of “Viale District” reflects the company’s vision of transferring over 22 years of international expertise gained in Gulf markets to the Egyptian market.
He explained that the project serves as the commercial and administrative component complementing the company’s residential project, “VIALE Residence,” located in Obour City on a total area exceeding 43,000 square meters with investments of EGP 3 billion. The Chairman noted that the company aims for “Viale District” to become a premier integrated destination catering to all shopping and entertainment needs, featuring advanced administrative and medical zones that efficiently serve the region and its surrounding residential community.
Dr. Mohamed Rahal, Chief Commercial Officer at MRS Developments, stated that the project features units of various sizes and attracts major global and local brands, enhancing the investment value of each unit within the project. He added that the company’s targets for 2026 align with ambitious plans matching ongoing expansions in East Cairo, offering flexible and innovative payment plans tailored to the aspirations of clients and investors.
Meanwhile, Eng. George Metry, CEO of Council Masters, highlighted the importance of the partnership with MRS to manage and operate the project. He stressed that Council Masters’ extensive expertise in managing major projects will ensure operation according to the highest global standards, making Viale District a distinctive landmark and a leading commercial and administrative destination in New Obour City.
Furthermore, Eng. Mohamed Hafez, CEO of Hafez Engineering Consultancy, stated that the engineering designs for the project were crafted meticulously to match MRS’s vision of creating integrated and sustainable urban communities.
He explained that his designs focused on providing a robust infrastructure and master plan that ensure smooth traffic flow and create a competitive, attractive investment environment.
