Egyptian Developers company announced the starting of the initial delivery of “Jaya East” project in Shorouk City ,next August, which follows the completion of all construction works and reaching the final stages of finishing, reflecting the company’s commitment to implement its projects according to the scheduled timelines.
Dr. Abdelrahman Abu Zeid, Chairman of Egyptian Developers, said that the starting of the project’s delivery represents a significant milestone in the company’s journey, and highlights its ability to fulfill its commitments to its clients by implementing projects that add real investment value and apply the real estate market needs.
He added that the company has completed all construction works and electromechanical systems, while the finishing work reached approximately 98% completed, which ensures the delivery of a fully integrated and operational project, in accordance with the technical and engineering specifications to which the company has adhered since the project’s inception.
