Dubai Developments has announced the commencement of construction works at Spark Mall in 10th of Ramadan City, in collaboration with its media partner AEMP, as part of the company’s strategy to document the project’s development journey through professional media and documentary content.
The collaboration aims to showcase the various stages of construction and reflect the project’s progress on ground, reinforcing Dubai Developments’ commitment to transparency, continuous market communication, and delivering on its promises to clients and investors.
Hani Hassan El Ganainy, Chairman of Dubai Developments, stated that this stage represents a significant milestone for Spark Mall, noting that moving into the implementation phase reflects the company’s commitment to transforming its vision into reality and developing projects with genuine investment value and sustainable returns.
He added that Dubai Developments no longer views media solely as a marketing tool, but rather as an essential element in project management and in strengthening market confidence. Accordingly, the collaboration with AEMP was established to professionally document the project’s journey, highlight actual progress, and present each stage with credibility and transparency.
El Ganainy further explained that the partnership between Dubai Developments and AEMP is based on a shared vision to introduce an advanced model of client communication built on documented content and real-time project updates. He also noted that the coming period will witness expanded cooperation with AEMP across several new media initiatives, supporting the company’s strategy throughout the implementation and operational phases.
He emphasized that Spark Mall is one of the promising investment projects in 10th of Ramadan City, combining commercial, administrative, and medical activities within a standalone mixed-use building. The project’s strategic location, serving a high-density population area, further enhances its operational strength and investment potential.
The project’s architectural design is led by Eng. Mahmoud Hamed, while Eng. Ahmed El-Galy serves as the project’s Operations Manager.
Dr. Abdelrahman Essam, CEO of AEMP, said that the commencement of construction represents one of the most important phases in the lifecycle of any real estate project, making its documentation a major responsibility that requires professional content capable of accurately reflecting the scale of work taking place on site.
