Future Real Estate Expo administration, announced launching its new edition of the exhibition in the Saudi capital Riyadh, from October 8th to 10th, at Holiday Inn Riyadh Izdihar Hotel, within a wide participation of a
selection of leading Egyptian real estate development companies, as part of the exhibition’s plan to expand in the Saudi market and enhance opportunities for exporting Egyptian real estate to Gulf markets.
For his part, Eng. Sameh Fathy, Chairman of Future Expo, said that Riyadh edition comes as a continuation of the great success achieved by the previous edition in Jeddah last June, which was hosted by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jeddah, as it witnessed the attendance of nearly 5,000 visitors, and Egyptians acquisited over 60% of the total, besides the participating companies showcased more than 130 real estate projects and achieved sales exceeding 4 billion Egyptian pounds, reflecting the significant confidence the exhibition enjoys among both developers and clients.
He added that the success of the Jeddah edition, enhanced Future Real Estate Expo’s position as an effective marketing and investment platform that brings together developers, clients, and investors, and contributes in opening new markets for Egyptian real estate companies, noting that Riyadh edition aims to build upon this success and offer outstanding investment opportunities that meet the needs of the Saudi and Egyptian markets abroad.
He emphasized that Riyadh edition will offer a more professional and interactive experience for participating companies and visitors, focusing on attracting serious investors and clients, and providing an effective platform for direct communication between developers and clients, which will contribute in increasing contracting and sales opportunities and enhance the presence of the Egyptian real estate brands in the Gulf market.
He revealed the exhibition’s plan to launch new tours during the last quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027 in the Saudi Arabian cities of Al-Khobar, Abha, and Jeddah, as the company will also start discussions to launch an european tour of the exhibition early next year, as part of its expansion plan to reach clients all over the world.
