Najm Developments announced the launch of “MCS,” the new phase within its VELN project in New Cairo.
This phase is being offered with a competitive sales mechanism, reflecting the company’s focus on providing new investment models that allow a wider range of clients to participate in investment opportunities based on real estate assets with strong operational potential.
Eng. Wael Ramadan, Chairman of Najm Developments, said that launching MCS represents the company’s new direction in developing real estate products that go beyond simply selling units, as it aims to provide integrated investment opportunities based on the strength of the real estate asset, its location, its operational capacity, and its ability to generate sustainable value.
He confirmed that launching this phase with a new mechanism reflects the company’s commitment to aligning with the transformations in the real estate market and offering more diversified investment solutions, relying on assets with genuine advantages in terms of location, use, operation, and management.
He pointed out that the selection of VELN’s location was based on an investment vision aimed at capitalizing on the continuous growth witnessed in New Cairo. The project is located on a 3,772-square-meter plot in the heart of the Yasmin district, approximately 1 minute from Northern 90th Street and Petrosport Club, granting it direct access to major thoroughfares and surrounding residential and service areas.
He added that the location is a key element in supporting the project’s investment value, especially given its location in a densely populated area with constant traffic, which enhances the prospects for the success of the commercial, administrative, and medical activities planned for operation within VELN.
He noted that the VELN project consists of two basement levels, a ground floor, and three typical floors. It includes a diverse range of units, including ground-floor retail units ranging from 28 to 137 square meters, first-floor retail units ranging from 30 to 80 square meters, clinics ranging from 21 to 79 square meters, and administrative offices ranging from 29 to 79 square meters and also a diverse range of facilities.
He noted that Najm Developments has been keen since the project’s inception to build a network of specialized partners, based on its belief that the success of commercial and administrative projects depends not only on design quality but also on efficient development, asset management, and operation.
The company is collaborating on the VELN project with Criteria Design Group as the design consultant, Egymap for Commercial Property Management for commercial asset management, and Reco for Real Estate Entertainment Consultants & Operation for managing and operating the project’s entertainment and marketing aspects.
He pointed out that the company aims to build through VELN a project capable of maintaining its investment and operational appeal in the long term, taking advantage of the continuous urban and population growth witnessed in New Cairo, especially in the Yasmin area and its surroundings.
