Daymark Hospitality Management, a company specializing in hospitality and hotel asset management, announced the official launch of its operations in the Egyptian market, coinciding with the signing of its first strategic partnership with Brassbell Hospitality Group to operate the serviced apartments at the Jade & Blue project by Aspect Developments. This step marks the practical launch of a model that brings together real estate development, asset management, and hotel operations, supporting greater asset efficiency and maximizing investment value.
Jade & Blue represents the first application of this model, offering an advanced concept of hospitality-led residential living that combines unit ownership with management and operations according to professional hospitality standards. The project targets both customers seeking a comfortable residential experience and investors looking to own professionally managed assets capable of generating sustainable returns. The project is located in the Fifth Settlement on a total area of 12 acres and comprises 122 serviced residences.
