AQARIFIED EXPO launches with a unique vision: strengthening client trust through the D Plus and Aqarified partnership
D Plus Real Estate, in collaboration with the Aqarified platform, has announced the launch of AQARIFIED EXPO — the first documented real estate exhibition in Egypt. The exhibition introduces a new model that prioritizes project quality and developer reliability over price competition or promotional offers.
The launch responds to an evolving real estate market, where client trust in developers — and their ability to execute and deliver — has become a central factor in purchasing decisions. This shift has led the organizers to set precise technical and professional standards for selecting participating projects, ensuring that only credible, well-vetted investment opportunities are presented.
The first edition of AQARIFIED EXPO 2026 will take place across three governorates in the Nile Delta. El Mahalla El Kubra will host the event from August 13–15, followed by Mansoura from August 27–29, and Kafr El Sheikh from September 17–19. The rollout is part of a broader plan to reach a wider client base in one of Egypt’s most promising investment regions.
The Expo will bring together 18 real estate development companies, showcasing over 90 projects across major urban centers including New Cairo, New Mansoura, New Damietta, Ras El Bar, and the North Coast — offering visitors a diverse range of residential and investment opportunities across multiple market segments.
Exhibition management emphasized that “documented real estate” is not simply about bringing companies together under one roof. It involves a rigorous review process, conducted by experts and specialists, to ensure participating projects meet standards that strengthen client confidence in both developers and their offerings — fostering a more transparent and professional market.
Organizers noted that choosing the Delta for the first edition was a deliberate decision, grounded in market indicators pointing to growing purchasing power and rising demand for real estate investment across Delta governorates. This, combined with the strong ties many clients already have to projects in Greater Cairo and the new cities, makes the region one of the most important target markets for developers in the coming period.
