ةArkania Developments company announced launching hotel units in “New Mansoura Hotel” project in New Mansoura City, as part of its plan to offer specialized real estate products that meet actual market needs and align with the government’s efforts to support hotel and tourism sector in new cities.
Eng. Ashraf Moustafa, Arkania Developments Chairman, said that the company decided to expand its hotel operations within the project after accurate market studies, which assured a clear gap between the supply and expected demand for hotel units in New Mansoura City, noting that the current supply represents less than 20% of the expected demand in the coming years.
He added that New Mansoura City is witnessing strong growth rates, due to the presence of approximately five universities, three of which are already operating and two are still under construction, which creates an increasing demand for hotel accommodation from visitors, the staff, students and their families, as well as employees working on the administrative, medical, and investment projects currently underway within the city.
He pointed that “New Mansoura Hotel” project is an extension of the company’s vision, which previously launched the project under the name “New Mansoura Mall” as a mixed-use commercial and hotel development, however, recent studies have assured the importance of enhancing the hotel component of the project to align with current and future market needs.
He emphasized that the Egyptian government is paying close attention to expanding the construction of hotel units to support urban and tourism development plans in new cities, which encouraged the company to strengthen its investments in this promising sector.
He noted that Arkania Developments relies primarily on marketing and analytical studies before launching any new project, in order to ensure the delivery of a genuine real estate product that apply client needs and achieve the highest possible investment value.
He added that “New Mansoura Hotel” project offers strong investment opportunities for clients looking to invest in hotel real estate, especially given the city’s anticipated growth in the coming period, besides the company also provides flexible and diverse payment plans to suit various segments of clients and investors.
